24/7 Snow & Ice Management in Streetsboro, OH

I have been in commercial snow and ice work for over fifteen years. We watch the weather, and when accumulation hits the trigger your lot gets plowed, cleared and salted, whatever hour that is.

“Marcus is one the best contractors we have ever had. He and his crew are extremely professional. He is courteous, prompt, has excellent communication and problem solving skills.…”

What 24/7 actually means

Snow does not fall on business hours. Midnight to one in the morning is our busiest window, getting lots plowed, walks cleared and salt down so the property opens safe. Then we come back through the day, checking drive lanes and sidewalks so the lunch and afternoon traffic gets in and out. That is the management part: we watch the property instead of waiting for your call.

Who we plow for

Commercial lots are the core of the route, and it is the work we want more of. Residential we take where the route makes sense, close to our commercial runs, because a driveway forty minutes off route is a promise we cannot keep at 2am, and we do not sell promises we cannot keep.

The equipment

Trucks with Boss plows, a tracked loader with a pusher for the big lots, and heavy insurance on all of it, for your property and our crew both.

When to set up snow service

Routes get planned in the fall, before the first storm. Before anything is signed we look at the lot: where the piles can go, which walks need hand work, where ice tends to form, and the agreement gets written to that property instead of to a template. If you manage a lot in Portage or Summit County and this winter's plan is shaky, the time to call is before the first push.

This service is right when

  • You manage a commercial property that has to open safe every morning
  • You want one company watching the weather instead of you calling one
  • Your lot needs a loader and pusher rather than a pickup

When it is the wrong call

  • You want a one-time driveway dig-out across the county. If you are not near our route, we will say so on the phone
  • You want snow bundled with lawn maintenance. We do not do maintenance, and we lose that bundle on purpose

What a snow contract covers

The agreement is written before the season so nobody guesses at 2am:

  • A trigger depth that puts trucks on your lot automatically
  • Plowing by truck and, on the big lots, a tracked loader with a pusher
  • Salt on lots and walks, because a plowed lot can still ice over an hour later
  • Overnight clearing so the property opens ready, then daytime checks
  • Heavy insurance on the equipment and the crew, covering your property too

Where we plow

Most of this work lands in Twinsburg snow routes, Streetsboro, Hudson, Kent and the rest of the towns on the service area page, all inside the circle we keep around our Mantua yard.

What you get on every project

  • Every project is warrantiedThe structure carries a structural warranty, because we stand behind all of our work.
  • Lawn repair warrantied six monthsOur machines can tear up grass during construction. We repair the lawn to its original condition, and the lawn repair is warrantied for six months.
  • Permits and HOA approvals handledWe work with the city, the township and the engineers, sit in the meetings, and present the 3D drawing with locations and setbacks to the HOA board. You do not chase any of it.
  • The price you approve is the priceYou see preliminary pricing with the design and final pricing before anything is ordered. Nothing starts until we have a plan and budget that you are comfortable with.

Snow & Ice questions, answered

Do you do commercial snow removal in Portage County?

Yes, commercial snow and ice management is the winter core of this company. Lots, drive lanes, walks and salt, watched around the clock through the storm and checked through the day after.

Do you plow residential driveways?

Where the route makes sense, yes. We keep residential plowing close to our commercial runs so we can actually be there when it snows. Call with your address and we will give you a straight answer.

When do you plow, and how do you decide?

We watch the weather and work the storm. When accumulation reaches the trigger point in your agreement, we are on the lot, and overnight snow gets cleared before morning open. Plowing is one piece of it.

How is commercial snow removal priced?

By agreement before the season, with the trigger depth, the services and the salt spelled out. Per push and seasonal contracts both exist; which fits depends on the property and how much certainty your budget wants. We put it in writing before the season starts.

Do you salt parking lots and walks?

Yes. Salt is part of the service, lots and walks both, because a plowed lot that ices over an hour later is not a safe lot. Overnight storms get cleared and salted before morning open.

What towns do you cover for snow and ice work?

The same circle as everything we build: Hudson, Streetsboro, Aurora, Mantua, Stow and the rest of the list on our service area page. We stay close to the Mantua yard so Marcus can be on every site.

Does snow and ice work pair with anything else you build?

Usually. Most projects that include snow and ice work also touch landscape design, and designing the two together is cheaper and cleaner than bolting one on later.
